UT Life Insurance Limited formerly CDH Life Assurance Co. Ltd. started as a wholly owned subsidiary of CDH Insurance Company Limited. The company which was incorporated in 2005 was acquired by UT Holdings and rebranded as UT Life Insurance Ltd in June 2010.
