TTL Income Haven Fund Limited is an open-ended mutual fund which seeks to achieve growth in income by investing in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities in the short to medium-term. The Fund aims at outperforming the interest rates being offered on the 91-day Government of Ghana Treasury bills.
Fund Strategy
The Fund seeks to achieve its objective through investment in a diversified portfolio of fixed income securities such as government securities, corporate bonds, and money market instruments such as commercial paper, fixed deposit and banker?s acceptance. The Fund may also invest in other collective investment schemes including those that are managed or operated by the Manager or any of its associates, subject to the restrictions imposed by the law.
The manager is authorised to invest The Fund as follows:
80 – 95% – Fixed Income Securities / Money Market Instruments
5 – 15% – Collective Investment Schemes
0 – 5% – Cash to maintain liquidity
